About Me
So Who The Heck Am I and Why Am I So Sure I Can Help You?
Because I’ve been there…
My name is Robert. I’m just a regular guy, living life the way I’ve always wanted to.
I’ll give you some quick info about me before I get into the secrets behind successful lead generation…
(I figure it’s important for you to get to know about me, so maybe you can see that I may not be that much different than you.)
I never graduated from college, and I left high school with a GED. For those that don’t know what a GED is, it’s basically a piece of paper that gives you a license to leave high school early (or late) and head off into the ‘real world’. I was all for it!
I never went without, but money was a little tight at that age, so I decided to go work for my uncle at his cabinet shop. He paid me five bucks an hour and I never took breaks. I am a hard worker, but manual labor got old quick.
There was nothing cool about blowing sawdust boogers (sorry ladies) when I got home every night and having to wake up at the butt-crack of dawn every morning to do it all over again the next day.
It was a mindless job and I didn’t like the schedule, but 200 bucks a week back when I had no bills was decent spending money.
I started taking classes at the local “I didn’t get into a 4-year college” college. I was almost instantly bored to tears.
You mean I have to sit through another 4 to 6 years of this crap and then I have to pay back tens of thousands of dollars for the rest of my life just to get an entry-level job at some stuffy, “Hawaiian shirts on Fridays” drone factory? No thanks.
Ah, but I digress, I really do…
Then one day my phone rang. Like it did most days back in 1995, but this day was different.
My good friend on the other end started yapping about some dude that was coming to town from L.A. and there was some “meeting” that he wanted me to go to.
I’ve never liked meetings, but my friend told me that people were making a ton of money with some “company”.
It was brilliant on their part, now that I think about it. I actually had to PAY THEM $250 bucks to go sit and listen to them pitch me on joining this thing.
I won’t mention the company name, but let’s just say I really “drank the Kool-Aid ™” on this one.
There must have been 4,000 people in the room all excited about the new labels the company was putting on the shampoo bottles. Whoever figured out how to get people to dance over shampoo labels is brilliant. Pure genius.
So I took the bait. Hook, line AND sinker.
I got a desk in the local office. I paid for a shared phone line. I did everything in my power to get people into that office for our nightly “meetings”.
My Mom, Grandma, aunts, uncles, old friends from high school, people out of the phone book. Whoever would listen to me for two seconds about this great new “thing” I was doing.
I did it all. I even placed ads in the local paper, asking people to come in for an “interview”. Haha. Ridiculous.
I quickly began to realize that the only people making any serious money were the guys with the suits and nice watches who would come in out of nowhere and get the crowd hyped up and had them all but throwing their wallets on stage.
I had damn-near zero interest in EVER being on stage, so I started to see that I wasn’t really cut out for the job.
I caught the entrepreneurial ‘bug’, though. And it never went away.
Since then I’ve tried everything under the sun to make money without having a ‘job’.
I’ve stuffed envelopes from chain letters (until I started getting money in the mail and the postal service threatened me). I sold (or tried to sell) air purifiers, door-to-door coupon books, water filters, vitamins, long distance plans, dental discounts, and everything else you might find in the back of a biz opp magazine or down in your local meeting room at the Holiday Inn on a Tuesday night.
I’ve placed “tiny classified ads” (remember that guy?) in tons of different places. One time I even won a nice little chunk of money with some online blackjack. I started thinking “career online gambler” because I thought I figured out a pattern to beat the computer every time. Oh, how little I knew.
Sprinkle in a job and some college classes here and there and life was pretty good.
Then the phone rang again. This time it was 2001.
Another friend was on the line…
“Dude!” he says, “people are making a killing in mortgages!”
“What the hell is a mortgage?” I rebutted. “Oh, you mean those house things?”
“Yeah man, those house things. And your old friend from grade school is pulling in like 10 grand a month doing it.”
“No way. Where do I sign up?”
I jumped into the mortgage biz and the rest is history. I made some decent money, too. I actually had my first five-figure month doing it.
Life was good, but it seemed to be just enough to support my secret habit. Or should I say… addiction.
What addiction, you ask?
I used to get embarrassed about it. But now I’ll just come out and say it.
“Hi, my name is Robert, and I’m an information product junkie.”
Well, a recovering information product junkie.
There, I said it.
I bought it all. If you even showed me a sales letter, I already had my credit card out.
I even had the bank issue me new cards a few times because I memorized the card numbers from using them so much. That was no good and I thought that changing cards would slow me down.
Not even close.
Years later, and I’ve spent close to $100,000 on everything from CDs, tapes, DVDs, seminars, high-ticket ‘business building’ programs, 1-on-1 coaching with gurus, masterminds, hypnosis, subliminal programs, you name it.
What can I say? I’m a sucker for a good sales pitch.
But you know what? I’ve studied it all.
Well, most of it.
I don’t count things like the “How to Make Money Writing Other People’s Resumes Business-in-a-Box” thing. What business does someone like me who’s never held a “real job” for more than two years at a time have writing other people’s resumes, anyway?
Here’s How You Can
Profit From My Addiction…
There’s a timeless question every entrepreneur wants the answer to…
How Do I Get More Leads?
That’s the real question, isn’t it? More leads equal more SALES.
And more sales equals more MONEY.
(And everyone could use more money, right?)
Even though we all could use more money, we don’t always know how to get it. That’s how it was for me when I first started trying to make money online back in 2003.
I’ve tried it all. I’d read an e-book or go to a seminar and come home all full of juice and ideas and start plugging away.
I did everything I was told to do by the-you-know-who’s. I’ll give you a hint: It rhymes with Gurus.
Join an affiliate program. Pick out some keywords. Buy some Google Adwords ads…
I was a real smart one. I tried selling books on Amazon using Google Adwords. I think the commission at the time was like 4 percent.
4 percent?! Indeed.
I’m sure there’s a way to make money on a 4% commission, but I don’t have the patience for that (or the organizational skills).
My friends use to laugh at me because they couldn’t understand why I would get so excited over a sale that only made a couple bucks.
What they didn’t know is that success can be duplicated.
When you find something that works, you can scale it up to pretty much any level.
Especially if you have the right tools.
And I’m sure I could have made some decent money with that promotion.
If I only knew the REAL secret to making money online.
Back then I didn’t know any better. I thought I was doing everything they told me to do right.
But something was missing.
If It Doesn’t Work,
Maybe It’s Time To Fix It…
I started looking for reasons why nothing was working for me. I began to watch what successful marketers were doing instead of what they were saying. Then I would add what was working for them to my business.
And the more successful marketers I observed, the more I saw that they all had one thing in common…
They could all drive massive amounts of prospects “on-demand” to their websites.
Maybe you’re familiar with the “voice blasting” or “voice broadcasting” stuff you hear about all over the place. But if you think this powerful technology is only available to BIG companies like Blockbuster and Wells Fargo, you’re wrong.
I know this because that was my first thought when I saw all the million-dollar companies using it.
A couple online marketing friends of mine have been using voice blasting for years and their business will bring in something like $12 million THIS YEAR alone.
At first I didn’t see the beauty of it all.
You see, we’ve all been told that in order to make money online we need to…
well… market our business “online”.
What we weren’t told is that while everyone else was spending way too much money on Google Adwords or were hoping someone would click on their banner ad or read their email, the smart marketers were contacting people directly.
After spending WAY too much time and WAY too much money on techniques that didn’t work, I finally tried it. But I thought it would never work.
Boy, was I wrong…
Within about an hour of the calls going out, I had 49 voicemail messages from people interested in my business.
This may be no big deal to some people.
But when I used to stay up reading until my eyes bled and tried everything in the book to make something work, and it never did…
This felt like a miracle.
All of a sudden everything was possible again.
No more buying leads and calling them one by one.
No more sweating bullets at night hoping my Adwords bill wouldn’t go off the charts while I slept.
Now I could just plug in a few numbers and create business out of thin air.
Once I perfected this system, I tried sending people directly to my websites instead of my voicemail…
And it worked!
Now I could let the system do the work for me.
Even when you have tons of people calling that want to hear from you, it’s still a lot of work to call all of them back.
The more I observed how people were marketing their businesses online, the more I realized how many of them weren’t using voice broadcasting at all, or worse yet, using it the WRONG WAY.
So if you’ve been struggling with your business, or if you want to improve your marketing process and begin producing amazing results, then there is only one option left for you…
Lead Magnets are people who never worry about getting new business.
They never chase anyone down or beg people to join their business.
I call myself a ‘Lead Magnet’ because while most people are trying to figure out how to get people to their websites, I spend my time figuring out who I feel like contacting and when.
You see, I have access to a database of 15 million genealogy leads.
Just in case you don’t know what genealogy leads are… they are lists of people who have already joined a home business or network marketing opportunity in the past.
These lead lists sell for an average of $600 bucks a pop. And that’s for only like 50K to 100K names.
These are qualified people who are already sold on doing business for themselves. And as you and I both know, people don’t just join one business opportunity in their lifetime.
Imagine how happy these people will be when you show them that they don’t have to chase people to join their business anymore.
Because of this, the possibility for profit is LIMITLESS.
